Karta Transcend CF 16GB 600x TS16GCF600 należy do rodziny produktów wykonanych w technologii MLC. Producent podaje jej osiągi rzędu 87~92 MB/s. Oczywiście wszystko zależy od warunków w jakich dokonano badań. Podczas pomiaru z zastosowaniem interfejsu IEEE1394 w trybie 800 MB/s osiągnęła stabilny transfer odczytu na poziomie 78,35 MB/s. Natomiast zapis karty to transfer rzędu 58,35 MB/s. Nie jest szczyt jaki miała osiągnąć biorąc pod uwagę mnożnik 600x jednak pamiętajmy jest to technologia MLC co i tak jest wynikiem doskonałym. Pomiar czas dostępu w trybie zapisu wykazał opóźnienie 90,57 ms. W swojej klasie można jest to dobry produkt. Kiedy zastosujemy aparat klasy high-end DSLR (lustrzanka) zdjęcia seryjne, zapis szybko poruszających się obiektów nie powinno sprawić kłopotów tej karcie. Ważnym parametrem jest deklarowany przez producenta mały pobór prądu, jest to ważne zważywszy na klasę MLC. Karta może pracować w szeroki zakresie temperatur od -25°C do 85°C.
