A jakie systemy informatyczne są typowe dla waszej branży?

Należy do nich na przykład system Scala, system GEVAS, a więc systemy do zarządzania ruchem. Stosujemy też specjalne rozwiązania do zarządzania siecią. To nie są narzędzia dla zwykłego admina, ale służące do zadań związanych z obsługą infrastruktury zarządzania ruchem. Mają na przykład specjalne protokoły komunikacji i bazują na przemysłowych przełącznikach sieciowych, które zapewniają nam pełną redundancję oraz bezpieczeństwo połączeń sieciowych.

Czy narzędzia do obsługi parkomatów też otrzymujecie od dostawców urządzeń?

Tak, aplikacje do ich scentralizowanej obsługi dostarczane są nam przez producentów parkomatów. Często jednak zakres zobowiązań dostawców kończy się na dostawie i gwarancji czy rękojmi. Wtedy zarządzanie systemem parkomatowym cedowane jest na nas, czyli na dział IT. Jako ZDMK zarządzamy całą strefą płatnego parkowania na terenie Krakowa, liczącą około 20 tysięcy miejsc postojowych.

A czy jakieś oprogramowanie piszecie sami?

Nie, co najwyżej sami robimy podręczne skrypty administracyjne czy HTML-owe. Jest nas za mało, żebyśmy mogli zajmować się rozwojem oprogramowania – w naszym dziale pracuje tylko siedem osób. Siłą rzeczy zmuszeni jesteśmy korzystać z usługodawców zewnętrznych. Mamy umowy asyst technicznych i aktualizacji oprogramowania dla wszystkich systemów. Zawierają one określone poziomy SLA, które pozwalają na utrzymanie ciągłości działania naszych systemów informatycznych.

Co macie w planach na najbliższy czas?

Jesteśmy w trakcie realizacji projektu systemu informacji dla podróżujących po terenie Krakowa. W ramach projektu zainstalowanych zostanie kilkanaście tablic VMS, które będą prezentowały informacje dla kierowców związane z czasami przejazdów, czy zajętością miejsc na parkingach Park & Ride. Można też będzie na nich wyświetlać inne informacje służące poprawie komfortu przemieszczania się po mieście. Jako dział IT jesteśmy jednym z uczestników tego zakrojonego na dużą skalę projektu. Kończymy też budowę hurtowni danych, którą będziemy wykorzystywać do agregacji danych z systemów dziedzinowych oraz z innych systemów. Dane te będą mogły być wykorzystane przez nasze systemy oraz mogą posłużyć różnym beneficjentom do przetwarzania w celach statystyczno-analitycznych. Docelowo chcemy też je udostępnić – w takim zakresie, w jakim będzie to możliwe – w formacie open data.

Jak ocenia Pan ofertę rynkową rozwiązań informatycznych dla takich instytucji jak wasza?

Do tej pory nie mieliśmy problemu ze znalezieniem jakiegokolwiek systemu, który był nam potrzebny. Rozwiązania dla naszej branży ewoluują, mocno się zmieniają, są coraz lepsze w zakresie funkcjonalności, szybkości działania i bezpieczeństwa. Sięgamy też po nowsze, bardziej zaawansowane rozwiązania z obszaru back office. Teraz na przykład wymieniamy system finansowo-księgowy. Był ciągle modyfikowany, uaktualniany, jednak zmiana zadań budżetowych i sposobów ich realizacji spowodowała konieczność wymiany na zupełnie nowy. Ogłosiliśmy przetarg na wdrożenie systemu ERP, przy czym zamówienie obejmuje też usługi okołowdrożeniowe, jak na przykład analiza przedwdrożeniowa, która pozwoli na dopasowanie narzędzia do specyficznych wymogów księgowych jednostki budżetowej.

Zarządzacie systemami newralgicznymi dla funkcjonowania miasta. Czy kwestie ich cyberbezpieczeństwa leżą w waszej gestii, czy też prowadzone są centralnie na poziomie całego miasta?

Każda firma ma swoje systemy informatyczne, każda sama odpowiada za ich funkcjonowanie i bezpieczeństwo. Trzeba jednak powiedzieć, że zarządzający miastem rozumieją związane z tym potrzeby i generalnie nie mamy problemów z finansowaniem projektów / systemów związanych z bezpieczeństwem. Dzięki temu możemy sobie pozwolić w tym zakresie na rozwiązania z najwyższej półki, takie które zapewniają odpowiedni poziom bezpieczeństwa informatycznego.

Ma ponad 25-letnie doświadczenie w branży informatycznej. Od 22 lat pracuje w ZDMK, gdzie jest odpowiedzialny za tworzenie i realizację strategii IT. Do jego obowiązków należy przede wszystkim utrzymanie ciągłości działania wszystkich systemów IT firmy oraz nadzór nad realizacją projektów informatycznych – i nie tylko.
