]]> Zortrax podtrzymuje plan publicznej oferty akcji i debiutu giełdowego.  Spółka złożyła prospekt emisyjny. Spółka będzie pierwszym przedstawicielem branży druku 3D notowanym na Giełdzie Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie. Według zapowiedzi z czerwca br. pieniądze z oferty akcji pójdą na rozwój produktów i ekspansję rynkową. Zortrax spodziewa się rosnącej konkurencji w segmencie druku 3D, dlatego zamierza inwestować w rozwój. Spółka początkowo zamierzała wejść na giełdę w 2016 r., ale plany przełożono, tłumacząc to słabą koniunkturą na warszawskim parkiecie.

Spółka w 2016 r. osiągnęła 14,4 mln zł zysku netto, o 78 proc. więcej niż w 2015 r. Przychody wzrosły o 43 proc., do 53,8 mln zł.

Zortrax przekonuje, że rynek druku 3D ma bardzo znaczący potencjał wzrostu. Według Contextu w kolejnych 5 latach liczba sprzedanych drukarek będzie rosnąć co roku średnio o ok. 42 proc. (CAGR), a wartość ich sprzedaży o 33 proc. Całkowita wartość rynku 3D (uwzględniając usługi, części, materiały) ma osiągnąć na świecie 16 mld dol. w 2021 r. wobec 5 mld dol. w 2016 r. (czyli +27 proc. co roku – CAGR). Drukarki biurkowe powinny nadal dominować na rynku pod względem ilości sprzedawanych urządzeń, a zapotrzebowanie na druk 3D zdaniem analityków będzie duże w branży lotniczej, medycznej i motoryzacyjnej.
