]]> Sieć ruszyła w sierpniu. Obecnie ma oddziały w 7 miastach (w Bydgoszczy, Lublinie, Mielcu, Krakowie, Trójmieście i Wrocławiu). Planowane jest otwarcie placówek w kolejnych 10 lokalizacjach (m.in. w Warszawie, Poznaniu i Białymstoku). Według Xi Investment w PCDOC jak dotąd naprawiono 3 tys. komputerów. Pogotowie oferuje m.in. usługi naprawy i optymalizacji systemu, odzyskiwanie danych, konfigurację sprzętu i sieci, naprawę oprogramowania. Przykładowe ceny są następujące: diagnoza usterek – 50 zł (za 0,5 godz.), odzyskiwanie danych – od 150 zł, reanimacja systemu operacyjnego – 160 zł, konfiguracja i rozdzielanie łącz internetowych – 80 zł, usuwanie usterek sieciowych – od 50 zł, naprawa oprogramowania – 50 zł. Naprawa i modernizacja sprzętu jest wyceniana indywidualnie. W ofercie jest także pakiet dla użytkowników stron WWW. Np. pozycjonowanie strony kosztuje 599 zł miesięcznie.

Podane stawki są liczone wg taryfy dziennej (godz. 8-18). W taryfie nocnej oraz w weekendy od godz. 10 do 15 ceny rosną o 50 proc. Dojazd do 10 km od siedziby PCDOC jest darmowy, powyżej 10 km kosztuje 1 zł za 1 km.

Dla klientów biznesowych przygotowano dwa pakiety po 99 zł netto na miesiąc za 1 komputer (1 wizyta w miesiącu) i 139 zł netto za 1 komputer (2 wizyty w miesiącu).

Xi Investment zakłada, że po uruchomieniu nowych oddziałów roczny przychód sieci wyniesie ok. 2 mln zł. Spółka ma na koncie kilka projektów internetowych, takich jak portal GPS24.pl, system promocji e-sklepów PromoRing.pl oraz sklep z fototapetami pixers.pl.
