]]> Fujitsu wprowadziło na rynek oprogramowanie x10sure IS (Integrated Storage) – rozwiązanie wirtualizacyjne dla systemu Microsoft Windows Server 2008. Jego zastosowanie eliminuje potrzebę korzystania z drogiej, dodatkowej pamięci. x10sure IS to drugi produkt z serii x10sure, który spełnia wymagania małych i średnich firm lub dużych przedsiębiorstw z wieloma oddziałami, w których wdrożono samodzielne serwery Windows. 

 

Rozwiązanie x10sure IS oferuje zwirtualizowaną platformę serwerową na potrzeby aplikacji biznesowych, działającą ze sprzętem serwerowym Fujitsu PRIMERGY x86. W przypadku awarii systemu x10sure IS automatycznie przywraca aplikacje. W przypadku awarii aplikacji działającej na serwerze narzędzie automatycznie uruchamia serwer zapasowy.

 

Podstawowa konfiguracja systemu składa się z dwóch serwerów PRIMERGY x86 z wewnętrzną pamięcią masową na dyskach twardych. Oprogramowanie x10sure, dostępne w sieci za pośrednictwem szybkich połączeń iSCSI, pozwala korzystać ze zintegrowanej replikacji danych w systemie Windows Server 2008 oraz wirtualizacji opartej na rozwiązaniu Hyper-V.
