WorkForce DS-410 to urządzenie przeznaczone dla małych i domowych biur oraz dla działów IT, które chcą zbudować w firmie flotę skanerów biurkowych.

Urządzenie umożliwia skanowanie z szybkością do 26 str. A4 z papieru o gramaturze od 50 g/m² do 209 g/m². Dzienna wydajność niezawodnej pracy wynosi 3 tys. str. Ręczny tryb A3 zapewnia możliwość skanowania dokumentów w większym formacie.

Maszynę wyposażono w czujniki LED, które wykrywają jednoczesne podanie dwóch arkuszy papieru. Praca zostaje wówczas zatrzymana, a użytkownik powiadomiony o zdarzeniu. Dzięki temu oryginały dokumentów są chronione, a co istotne żadna strona nie jest pomijana podczas skanowana.

Do skanera dołączono nowe oprogramowanie Epson Document Capture Pro 2.0, które służy do skanowania, rozdzielania i rozsyłania dokumentów w firmie. Umożliwia również korektę obrazów i automatyczne nazywanie plików.

Program Document Capture Pro 2.0 będzie dołączany do wszystkich nowych skanerów Epsona. Współpracuje z większością obecnie używanych urządzeń.
