]]> Wind Mobile przejął 100 proc. akcji Software Mind, dzięki temu poziom rentowności podwoił się (EBITDA Software Mind za 2013 r. wyniosła 5,8 mln zł), a sprzedaż w połączonym bilansie jest 4-krotnie wyższa (przychody Software Mind za 2013 r. wyniosły 45 mln zł).

Software Mind koncentrowała się dotychczas na mobilnej rozrywce, czyli ofercie platform RBT, które umożliwiają operatorom sprzedawanie dzwonków do telefonów, zarządzanie tą usługą oraz bezpośrednią sprzedaż muzyki w wersji cyfrowej. Software Mind ma w ofercie także oprogramowanie do wirtualnego oddziału banku oraz system obsługi gości hotelowych.

Prognozy zakładają skonsolidowane przychody spółki za 2014 r. na poziomie 61,2 mln zł oraz EBITDA 14,8 mln zł.

Wind Mobile jest integratorem i dostawcą rozwiązań IT dla operatorów komórkowych. Oferuje m.in. platformę RBT, oprogramowanie do mobilnej reklamy, poczty głosowej.
