]]> Amerykańska agencja rządowa USTR monitoruje egzekwowanie praw własności intelektualnej w 77 państwach. W dorocznym raporcie po raz kolejny wymieniono Polskę w grupie krajów, w których sytuacja się poprawia. Polska została wykreślona z pirackiej listy obserwacyjnej USTR już w zeszłym roku (informację podano dopiero teraz), ponieważ doceniono działania podejmowane w naszym kraju w 2009 r.

– Wykreślenie Polski z listy obserwacyjnej USTR i pozytywne recenzje to oznaka postępu w zwalczaniu nielegalnego wykorzystywania własności intelektualnej – komentuje Krzysztof Żak, właściciel Omegasoft.pl – Raport wspomina jednak tylko o spadku nielegalnej produkcji i dystrybucji dysków CD, DVD, Blue Ray, itp., natomiast największym problemem jest obecnie ściąganie nielegalnych kopii z Internetu. To źródło zastąpiło tradycyjne nośniki pirackiego rozpowszechniania plików.

 

Raport amerykańskiej agencji poświęca najwięcej uwagi nielegalnej dystrybucji plików w Internecie. Biuro Przedstawiciela USA ds. Handlu nie postrzega jednak skali tego problemu w Polsce jako wymagającej specjalnej obserwacji.
