Domaga się zapłaty ponad 5,5 mln zł kary.

]]> W nocie księgowej przesłanej do zarządu Arcusa, ZUS stwierdził, że doszło do opóźnień w wykonaniu przeglądu konserwacyjnego drukarek Kyocera. Zgodnie z umową zawartą w listopadzie 2009 r., dystrybutor miał robić przeglądy nie rzadziej niż co 8 miesięcy, czyli najpóźniej do 27 lipca 2010 r. Ponieważ Arcus nie dotrzymał tego terminu, za każdy dzień zwłoki ZUS naliczył po 120 zł kary od każdej drukarki.

Według Arcusa żądanie jest bezzsasadne. Zdaniem firmy do opóźnienia przeglądu doszło wyłącznie z winy ZUS-u, dlatego zakład nie miał prawa naliczać kary. Ubezpieczalnia wyznaczyła termin zapłaty do 14 kwietnia.
