Na realizację zamównienia ministerstwo przeznaczyło 7,43 mln zł brutto. Wpłynęła jedna oferta od warszawskiej spółki Trafford IT o wartości 6,64 mln zł.

Resort oczekuje systemu składającego się z co najmniej trzech modułów (antyspam, antymalware, proxy) od dwóch różnych producentów z licencjami dla 2 tys. użytkowników. Wykonawca dostarczy także sprzęt niezbędny do wdrożenia i uruchomienia systemu, w tym 4 serwery (bramy pocztowe). Akceptowalna wersja serwera baz danych to posiadana przez ministerstwo wersja Microsoft SQL Server 2017.

Dostawa musi obejmować kompletny system ze wskazanymi modułami tj. licencje na oprogramowanie, sprzęt, pełny serwis producenta dla oferowanego sprzętu i oprogramowania, dostęp do aktualizacji sygnatur i list reputacji przez 36 miesięcy. Wymagany czas reakcji na awarię krytyczną określono na 4 godz., a czas naprawy na 12 godz. od chwili zgłoszenia.
