]]> Wniosek skierowany poprzez warszawski Sąd Rejonowy dotyczy sprawy o solidarną zapłatę przez Hawe, Alcatel-Lucent oraz TP Teltech 36,3 mln zł na rzecz ORSS, tytułem pokrycia kosztów eksploatacji i utrzymania sieci szerokopasmowej w woj. podkarpackim w ramach projektu 'Sieć Szerokopasmowa Polski Wschodniej – województwo podkarpackie’ (’SSPW’). Inwestycję realizowały ORSS w ramach umowy o partnerstwie publiczno – prywatnym z września 2013 r. Wartość kontraktu określono wówczas na 311 mln zł. 

Inwestycja obejmuje zaprojektowanie, budowę, utrzymanie oraz zaoferowanie usług z wykorzystaniem infrastruktury teleinformatycznej na terenie woj. podkarpackiego. Długość sieci to ponad 2 tys. km. W styczniu br. poinformowano o zakończeniu etapu budowy.

Sprawa zapłaty ponad 36 mln zł nie jest jedyną, jaka trafiła do warszawskiego sądu w związku z projektem SSPW. Alcatel-Lucent złożył pozew przeciwko ORSS. Domaga się 56 mln zł z tytułu wzajemnych rozliczeń. ORSS jest spółką zależną Hawe, która złożyła wniosek o upadłość układową.
