Większościowy udział w spółce pozostanie w rękach rodziny Klaba, która wspólnie z zarządem spółki będzie kontynuowała zarządzanie firmą i realizację strategii i działań operacyjnych.  

„Naszym celem jest zapewnienie środków, które umożliwią nam umocnienie pozycji firmy w Europie oraz budowanie pozycji kluczowego gracza na międzynarodowym rynku usług chmurowych” – mówi Laurent Allard, CEO w OVH.

Spółka OVH została założona w 1999 r. przez Octava Klabę. Obecnie dysponuje 250 tys. serwerów w 17 centrach danych na terenie Francji i Kanady. Firma według własnych danych świadczy usługi dla 1 mln klientów. Pracuje dla niej 400 inżynierów z działu badań i rozwoju. Przychody OVH w roku fiskalnym zakończonym we wrześniu 2016 r. wyniosły 320 mln euro.
