będzie monitorować liczbę wolnych miejsc postojowych na dwóch
niestrzeżonych parkingach: na Placu Konstytucji oraz przed
Dworcem Centralnym. Testy oprogramowania
ruszą w sierpniu i potrwają do końca roku.

W
ramach projektu zostaną przetestowane dwie technologie inteligentnego
systemu parkowania. Ta zastosowana na Placu Konstytucji
będzie wykorzystywała bezprzewodowe czujniki montowane bezpośrednio
w nawierzchni miejsc parkingowych. Z kolei liczbę dostępnych
miejsc na parkingu przed Dworcem Centralnym będą
monitorowały kamery wideo.

System
dodatkowo będzie zbierał dane co umożliwi przygotowanie raportów
dotyczących wykorzystania miejsc postojowych, według takich
kategorii, jak np. średni czas parkowania czy określenie skali
rotacji.

Docelowo rozwiązanie mają wykorzystywać kierowcy, którzy będą informowani
o możliwości zaparkowania za pomocą aplikacji mobilnej na
smartfony oraz strony internetowej z interaktywną mapą.
