]]> ABC Data połączy się z SPV Sail. Jest to spółka celowa powołana w 2016 r. w związku z przejęciem S4E, całkowicie kontrolowana przez ABC Data SA. Obecnie SPV Sail ma 81,31 proc. udziałów w S4E. Rynkowa wartość tego pakietu wynosi aktualnie ok. 7,3 mln zł.

Na 18 marca zwołano nadzwyczajne zgromadzenie akcjonariuszy ABC Data, które będzie głosowało nad uchwałą w sprawie połączenia ABC Data SA (spółka przejmująca) z SPV Sail (spółka przejmowana).

W grudniu ub.r. zawarto umowę ramową, w której wstępnie uzgodniono warunki przejęcia kontroli nad ABC Data przez ALSO Holding.

Walne zgromadzenie akcjonariuszy zgodziło się na sprzedaż przedsiębiorstwa.

]]> Prezes UOKiK zezwolił na zakup przez SPV spółki Electro World od jej dotychczasowego właściciela – Mix Electronics. Według komunikatu urzędu, SPV nie prowadziła dotychczas aktywnej działalności. Będzie to jej pierwsza inwestycja. Po przeprowadzeniu postępowań antymonopolowych UOKiK uznał, że zmiana właściciela nie doprowadzi do istotnego ograniczenia konkurencji na terenie Polski. Transakcja podlega zgłoszeniu do urzędu antymonopolowego, jeżeli biorą w niej udział firmy, których łączny obrót w roku poprzedzającym przekroczył 50 mln euro w Polsce albo 1 mld euro na świecie.
Electro World działa w naszym kraju od 2005 roku. W październiku ubiegłego roku za symboliczne 1 euro stał się częścią grupy handlowej Mix Electronics S.A., do której należy sieć sklepów ze sprzętem elektronicznym i AGD. Electro World ma w Polsce osiem sklepów wielkopowierzchniowych – dwa w Warszawie, jeden w Jankach k. Warszawy, a pozostałe w Opolu, Łodzi, Krakowie, Katowicach i w Kobierzycach Bielanach koło Wrocławia.
