]]> Prezes Arcusa Michał Czeredys przyznał, że firmy pracują nad polubownym rozwiązaniem sporu. Według niego zarząd Energi-Operator jest również zainteresowany takim finałem.

Konflikt między firmami dotyczy umów dostawy ponad 410 tys. inteligentnych liczników energii elektrycznej, zawartych przez konsorcjum Arcusa i T-matic Systems oraz Energę-Operator. W ub.r. przybrał na sile. Strony nie były w stanie dogadać się co do rozliczenia projektu. W październiku ub.r. Energa-Operator wezwała konsorcjum do zapłaty 157 mln zł. Łączna suma naliczonych kar przekroczyła niebagatelną kwotę 580 mln zł. Arcus odrzucał to roszczenie. Uznał, że kontrakty z 2011 r. i 2013 r., na który powoływała się Energa-Operator, są nieważne. Wezwał do negocjacji w tej sprawie. W historii sporu nie brakowało pozwów sądowych. Umowę ramową zawarto w 2011 r. na 8 lat. Konsorcjum Arcusa i T-matic Systems było jednym z 3 wykonawców infrastruktury inteligentnych liczników energii.
