]]> LSI Software zamierza połączyć się ze swoją spółką zależną Softech, która jest dostawcą oprogramowania IT dla sektora HoReCa oraz dystrybutorem sprzętu (jak terminale POS, monitory). Celem jest optymalizacja i uproszczenie struktury właścicielskiej, ograniczenie kosztów i uzyskanie dodatkowych przychodów dzięki efektom synergii. Spółka została zarejestrowana w 2002 r.

Plan połączenia zakłada wchłonięcie Softechu przez LSI Software, które przejmie na siebie wszystkie prawa i obowiązki tej spółki. Uchwałę w sprawie połączenia ma podjąć walne zgromadzenie akcjonariuszy w marcu br. Wartość majątku Softechu w oparciu o wartość księgową wyceniono na dzień 1 stycznia br. na przeszło 9,2 mln zł.

Konsolidacja w LSI to kolejny taki proces w branży. Łączenie spółek zależnych ze spółką dominującą w celu usprawnienia działania grupy i ograniczenia kosztów przeprowadzały m.in. Action i Indata.
