]]> Wycena Slovanetu będzie zależna od wyniku EBITDA z uwzględnieniem III kw. br. Pozyskana kwota nie powinna być niższa niż 10 mln euro. Według infomacji Asseco, zakupem spółki jest zainteresowane międzynarodowe konsorcjum. W maju Asseco CE sprzedało 60 proc. akcji Slovanetu za blisko 18 mln euro. Pozyskane środki spółka chce przeznaczyć na przejęcia, w planach jest m.in. zakup słowackiego producenta systemów ERP i węgierskiego integratora.
W I poł. 2010 r. Asseco CE miało 2,11 mln euro zysku netto (57 proc. mniej niż rok wcześniej) przy przychodach 60,7 mln euro (wzrost o 12 proc.). Zysk netto Slovanetu wyniósł w tym czasie 1,15 mln euro.

W dniu 23 sierpnia br. za 1 akcję Asseco CE na koniec sesji na GPW płacono 23,20 zł.
