]]> Do e-sądu, działającego przy Sądzie Rejonowym w Lublinie, można zgłaszać sprawy z całego kraju rozpatrywane w trybie postępowania upominawczego, w których nie jest potrzebne postępowanie dowodowe. Dzięki elektronicznej drodze podawczej pozwy rozpoznawane są szybciej, niższe są koszty. Do końca sierpnia suma kosztów sądowych uiszczonych w e-sądzie wyniosła 15,3 mln zł. Z prawie 330 tys. spraw 217 tys. zakończyło się wydaniem nakazu zapłaty. Ze względu na większe niż oczekiwano zainteresowanie elektronicznym sądem do pracowników placówki dołączy 30 nowych pracowników, zgłaszanymi sprawami zajmie się również 22 referendarzy z Elbląga, Niska i Krosna. Resort zainwestuje także 300 tys. zł w nowy sprzęt komputerowy.
