]]> Rada nadzorcza spółki powołała do zarządu prezesa Michała Czeredysa oraz Rafała Czeredysa, który jest członkiem zarządu, na kolejną trzyletnią kadencję. Obaj menedżerowie nadal będą pełnić swoje funkcje.

Michał Czeredys jest u steru Arcusa od 2011 r. W latach 2005-2011 związany był ze spółką Inforsys. Od 2006 r. pracował na stanowisku dyrektora handlowego, wiceprezesa ds. handlowych (2008-2009) oraz prezesa zarządu (2009-2011).  

Rafał Czeredys jest w zarządzie od 2016 r. Karierę zawodową rozpoczął w Arcusie na stanowisku zastępcy dyrektora finansowego. Później był kierownikiem działu prawnego. W 2012 r. został dyrektorem ds. prawnych i korporacyjnych. Równolegle od 2011 r. był w radzie nadzorczej Inforsysa. Obecnie pełni funkcję członka zarządu spółki Docusoft oraz prezesa MMR Invest z siedzibą w Luksemburgu.
