Maksymalna pojemność jednego dysku to 6 TB, a łączna – 24 TB w konfiguracji RAID 0, 1, 10, 5 i 6. U120 ma procesor Intel D2550 (1,86 GHz), 4 GB RAM ECC i 2 porty LAN 1 Gb/s.
