]]> Program napisany za pomocą najnowszego narzędzia programistycznego Q-Line 3000 Swing. Służy do zarządzania archiwum dokumentów. W nowej wersji został wzbogacony o funkcję wprowadzania i zarządzania danymi z dokumentów związanych z nieruchomościami. Dodano do niego moduł importu protokołów zdawczo-odbiorczych z formatu xls. Podzielono je na dokumenty ogólne, dokumenty związane z architekturą (dane o budynkach, lokalach) oraz dokumenty związane z danymi osobowymi.

 

Nowy moduł wprowadzania dokumentów przeznaczonych do archiwizacji jest zaprojektowany specjalnie dla użytkownika będącego pracownikiem dowolnego działu przedsiębiorstwa. Moduł zakłada, że pracownik danej komórki organizacyjnej może wprowadzać lub importować w pliku xls dokumenty do archiwum zakładowego, uzyskując prawo do ich późniejszego wyszukiwania i przeglądania
