Swego czasu prezes fundacji oceniał koszt takich przeprosin na ćwierć miliona złotych.

]]> Postanowienie dotyczy akcji zorganizowanej przez „Zielone Światło” w 2010 r. Fundacja zarzucała Allegro dopuszczanie do handlu przedmiotów o symbolice nazistowskiej. W ramach akcji prezentowano logo portalu z wpisanymi znakami SS. QXL, operator Allegro, stał na stanowisku, że serwis działa zgodnie z przepisami, ponieważ handel przedmiotami kojarzonymi z faszyzmem jest dopuszczalny w ramach działalności kolekcjonerskiej. Zapewniał, że reaguje na łamanie prawa. Firma pozwała fundację o naruszenie dóbr osobistych.

Po trwającym od 2011 r. procesie warszawski sąd przyznał rację Allegro. Nakazał fundacji publikację przeprosin w Gazecie Wyborczej i serwisach internetowych. Przeprosić ma także autor zmienionego logo. Sąd nakazał jego usunięcie z materiałów Zielonego Światła i stron internetowych. W końcu 2010 r. prezes fundacji szacował koszt publikacji przeprosin, jakich domagało się Allegro, na ok. 250 tys. zł. Wyrok nie jest prawomocny, Zielone Światło będzie się odwoływać.
