]]> Wprowadzone plany to Desktop Enhanced (dla StorCenter px2-300d, px4-300d i px6-300d) i Rackmount Extended (dla px4-300r, px12-400r i px12-450r). Zawierają standardowe opcje, jak nielimitowane telefoniczne wsparcie techniczne (od poniedziałku do piątku w godzinach pracy i pomoc w języku angielskim poza nimi), wymiana części u klienta w następnym dniu roboczym  (w przypadku planu  Desktop Enhanced), dostarczanie części w procedurze RMA, wsparcie przez sieć (baza wiedzy i aktualizacje oprogramowania), automatyczne powiadomienia serwisowe, monitorowanie zgłoszeń przez Internet, gwarancje (od 3 do 5 lat w zależności od planu serwisowego), zapewnienie dostępności urządzeń (SKU).
