]]> Budowa Ogólnokrajowego Cyfrowego Systemu Łączności Radiowej to jedna z największych tegorocznych inwestycji w sektorze publicznym. Trwający obecnie przetarg obejmuje zaprojektowanie, stworzenie i wdrożenie zintegrowanego systemu łączności dla służb ratowniczych (policja, pogotowie ratunkowe, straż pożarna, Straż Graniczna i Rządowe Centrum Bezpieczeństwa) w miastach, w których będą rozgrywane mecze Euro 2012 oraz w sąsiednich powiatach. Docelowo (po 2012 r.) system ma objąć cały kraj i ok. 60 instytucji.

Na rozstrzygniętym niedawno I etapie przetargu Centrum Projektów Informatycznych MSWiA wybrało cztery podmioty do złożenia ofert. Są to konsorcja Alcatel-Lucent i Selex Communications, Motoroli Polska i Motoroli Polska Elektronics, Thales Communications ze spółką-córką Thales Rail Signalling Solutions oraz samodzielnie startujący Siemens IT Solutions and Services.

Do dalszej części postępowania nie zakwalifikowano konsorcjum Asseco ze spółkami Texel i Sat-Guard Defence, konsorcjum Instytutu Technicznego Wojsk Lotniczych z IABG i Science Aplications International Corporation oraz ATM i EADS Secure Networks.

Zwycięzca przetargu zostanie wyłoniony prawdopodobnie na początku przyszłego roku.
