W pakiecie Norton 360 5.0 pojawiła się także nowa opcja szybkiego dostępu do Norton Cybercrime Index – jest to darmowy serwis, informujący o bieżących zagrożeniach (można go także sprawdzić online poprzez stronę internetową albo pobrać na komputer w formie aplikacji). Indeks pokazuje m.in. listę najbardziej zainfekowanych stron w danym dniu, najbardziej ryzykowne frazy wpisywane do wyszukiwarek, ocenia poziom ryzyka (w liczbach) i jego procentową zmianę w porównaniu z poprzednim dniem. Dane pochodzą z czujników sieci Symantec Global Intelligence Network, która według producenta monitoruje 130 mln serwerów na całym świecie. Informacje do analizy są przesyłane także z firm ID Analytics i DataLoss DB, które zajmują się bezpieczeństwem danych.
