Przejęta firma będzie funkcjonować wewnątrz struktur Razera, choć  ma zachować dużą autonomię. Nie zmieni się też personel, który pozostanie w aktualnej lokalizacji w San Francisco. – Umowa z firmą Razer pozwoli nam zyskać dostęp do zdecydowanie większych zasobów, wcześniej nie mieliśmy takich możliwości.  – mówi Tom Mech, CEO Nexbit Systems. 

Firma opracowała smartfon Robin. Wyróżnia go nietuzinkowa obudowa z biało-turkusową kolorystyką, a także synchronizacja danych z chmurą. W standardzie telefon posiada 32 GB wbudowanej pamięci, ale kiedy zabraknie wolnych zasobów, Robin prześle najrzadziej używane pliki do chmury.
