]]> HYDRAstor jest platformą sieci skalowalnej pamięci dyskowej. Według dostawcy pozwala na nieograniczoną, liniową skalowalność zarówno pojemności, jak i wydajności. Najmniejszy model, HYDRAstor HS3-410-8, cechuje natywna pojemność 24 TB i transfer do 3,2 TB/godz. Model HS8-4000 może być rozbudowany do 165 węzłów, oferując natywną pojemność 8 PB i transfer do 800 TB/godz. Najmniejsze urządzenie pozwala na przechowywanie  ok. 300 TB danych, a większe – ok. 100 PB.

HYDRAstor chroni informacje używając kodowania DRD (Distributed Resilient Data – rozproszone odporne na uszkodzenia dane). DRD toleruje równoczesną awarię do 6 dysków lub węzłów, zachowując ciągłość operacji wejścia/wyjścia.

W przypadku awarii dowolnego węzła systemy plików i adresy IP są automatycznie przenoszone z uszkodzonych węzłów na inne, dostępne. Wszystkie węzły (zarówno pamięci, jak i hybrydowe) połączono ze sobą poprzez redundantny podwójny przełącznik. Technologia HYDRAstor RepliGrid umożliwia replikację zoptymalizowaną dla sieci.
