]]> W badaniu pracowników pytano o takie aspekty jak warunki pracy, zarząd, współpracownicy, spójność marki pracodawcy, adekwatność płacy, karierę, równowaga praca-życie, procesy. Opracowany w wyniku zebranych danych wskaźnik zaangażowania pracowników pośród najlepszych pracodawców ukształtował się na poziomie 77 proc. (średnia dla wszystkich przebadanych organizacji wyniosła 50 proc.). W badaniu wzięło udział 108 firm i 59,6 tys. osób. 

Intel uzyskał najwyższe noty w kategorii największych przedsiębiorstw. W pozostałych kategoriach: duże przedsiębiorstwa (250 – 1000 osób) oraz małe i średnie firmy zwyciężyły odpowiednio Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Link 4 i Xstream.

Według Aon Hewitt najlepszych pracodawców wyróżnia postrzeganie liderów jako skutecznych realizatorów firmowej strategii, a równocześnie zorientowanych na ludzi – stawiających na pierwszym miejscu pracowników. Drugim wyróżnikiem jest wiarygodna i spójna marka – ankietowani ze zwycięskich przedsiębiorstw doceniają spójność działań firmy podejmowanych na rynku (na zewnątrz organizacji), jak i wobec pracowników. Niżej oceniono natomiast poczucie równowagi między życiem zawodowym a prywatnym. Według Aon Hewitt biorąc pod uwagę wyniki tegorocznej edycji, jednym z ważniejszych wyzwań, jakie stoją przed najlepszymi firmami, jest utrzymanie w długim okresie zaangażowania i motywacji swoich ludzi.
