]]> Urządzenia mPOS – Ingenico iCMP umożliwiają przekształcenie smartfona lub tabletu z systemem Android albo iOS w terminal płatniczy. Dostawca przekonuje, że są one znacznie tańsze w eksploatacji niż terminale stacjonarne. W sierpniu br. MasterCard ogłosił, że dofinansuje mobilne terminale płatnicze dla punktów handlowo-usługowych, prowadzonych przez MSP. Jednorazowe wsparcie przy zakupie terminala mPOS wynosi do 65 euro. Warunkiem uzyskania dopłaty jest możliwość akceptowania za pomocą urządzenia mPOS płatności zbliżeniowych. 
 
W lipcu Polskie ePłatności rozpoczęły program pilotażowy z wykorzystaniem 50 urządzeń Ingenico iCMP. Od 15 lipca przedsiębiorcy biorący udział w programie przeprowadzili za pomocą mPOS 1691 transakcji, z czego 1133 (67 proc.) stanowiły płatności zbliżeniowe. Średnia wartość pojedynczej transakcji wahała się od 18 zł do 112 zł.
