]]> Powierzchnia magazynu wynosi 2,6 tys. m kw., 3 razy więcej od dotychczasowego obiektu w Puszczykowie (został zamknięty). Jest to magazyn wysokiego składowania o wysokości 15 m. 

Obok powstał trzykondygnacyjny biurowiec o powierzchni 1,2 tys. m kw. Wyposażono go w automatyczne zarządzanie energią i system odzyskiwania ciepła. Magazyn i biurowiec zostały zbudowane w systemie modułowym, co w razie potrzeby umożliwia dalszą rozbudowę. 

Impakt zainwestował w logistykę, ponieważ zamierza włączać nowe marki do oferty i zwiększać eksport. Dystrybutor nie podał kosztów budowy centrum i przepustowości magazynu. Za grunt firma zapłaciła 1,6 mln zł.

W związku z przeprowadzką magazyn, serwis oraz dział handlowy Impaktu działają obecnie przy ul. Lema 16 w Mosinie. Siedziba i adres rejestrowy firmy nie zmieniły się.
