W latach 2001 – 2010 był współwłaścicielem spółki Figaro Software, zajmującej się produkcją i sprzedażą systemów IT dla firm ubezpieczeniowych. Z branżą ITC jest związany od 20 lat.

Gwidon Skonieczny jest inżynierem – absolwentem Polsko-Japońskiej Akademii Technik Komputerowych.

Od 1 czerwca Qumak będzie miał nowego prezesa. Stery spółki przejmie Tomasz Laudy, obecnie szef itWorks. Od początku br. Qumakiem zarządza Marek Tiahnybok, jako p.o. prezesa.
