]]> Za 5,9 mln zł Nokaut kupi 22,4 proc. udziałów w Morizonie, który z kolei będzie miał 100 proc. kapitału w Melog.com (należą do niej takie serwisy jak Oferty.net, Domy.pl, Komercyjne.pl). W wyniku transakcji ma powstać jedna z trzech największych spółek na rynku nieruchomości – przekonuje właściciel porównywarki cen. Na tym może się nie skończyć – Nokaut dopuszcza połączenie z Morizonem i Melogiem, co mogłoby nastąpić na przełomie II i III kw. 2014 r. „Celem stron jest stworzenia wiodącego podmiotu działającego na rynku nieruchomości i kredytów hipotecznych w Internecie.” – twierdzi Nokaut. Obie spółki na „M” wyceniono łącznie 26 mln zł.

Dzięki inwestycji Grupa Nokaut zamierza poprawić zapewne bilans finansowy – w III kw. br. strata wyniosła 297 tys. zł, a po 9 miesiącach 2013 r. (do września włącznie) – 64 tys. zł, przy przychodach wielkości 8,55 mln zł.
