]]> Nowe urządzenie medyczne NEC Display Solutions to 21,3-calowy monitor MDC212C2 o rozdzielczości 2 megapikseli. Został zaprojektowany do takich zastosowań jak tomografia komputerowa, emisyjna tomografia komputerowa, rezonans magnetyczny, fluoroskopia, stomatologia, kardiologia, onkologia, ultrasonografia oraz inne techniki obrazowania medycznego. MDC212C2 jest kompatybilny z oprogramowaniem kalibracyjnym GammaCompMD QA, co zapewnia zgodność ze standardem DICOM (Part 14). Ponadto urządzenie spełnia testy jakości wymagane w różnych krajach europejskich (np. IEC62563-1, DIN 6868-157).
 
Monitor MDC212C2 może być wykorzystywany zarówno do obrazów kolorowych, jak i szarych. Ma różne czujniki, m.in. natężenia światła oraz zbliżeniowy. Jasność obrazu sięga 440 cd/mkw. Monitor ma złącza DisplayPort, DVI i D-Sub oraz hub USB 3.0 z 3 portami.

Sprzęt z serii NEC MDC wyposażono w nowe funkcje. Quick Screen umożliwia przeprowadzenie testu zgodności DICOM bez konieczności instalacji specjalnego oprogramowania. Z kolei QC Scheduler uruchamia automatyczny proces kalibracji i test zgodności DICOM bezpośrednio w monitorze.

Monitor NEC MDC212C2 będzie dostępny od stycznia 2016 r. Sugerowana cena detaliczna netto: 1350 euro (5805 zł po kursie 4,30 zł za 1 euro). Gwarancja: 3 lata.
