]]> Informacje o programie partnerskim Seagate’a otrzymaliśmy od Wojciecha Łastowieckiego, reprezentanta firmy w Polsce, pracującego na stanowisku Territory Senior Sales Representative East Europe. Decyzję o uczestnictwie w programie podjęliśmy po zapoznaniu się z jego zasadami, a w szczególności po przejrzeniu listy nagród, jakie można dzięki temu otrzymać.
Zasady programu partnerskiego Seagate’a (SPP) są bardzo proste: za zakupy dokonywane u dystrybutorów otrzymuje się punkty, które wymienia się na nagrody. Nabycie produktów cieszących się obecnie największym wzięciem premiowane jest mniejszą liczbę punktów niż tych, które mają wyższą cenę i są mniej popularne. Po zgromadzeniu stosownej liczby punktów można je wymienić na wybrany prezent lub przeznaczyć na dowolny cel. Korzystając z portalu internetowego dla partnerów, w każdej chwili sprawdzimy, ile mamy punktów, jak premiowany jest każdy z modeli urządzeń oferowanych przez dostawcę i co znajduje się w katalogu nagród. Program jest czytelny, katalog nagród bardzo bogaty, a punkty zbierać łatwo. Łatwiej niż w innych programach partnerskich, a i nagrody są bardziej wartościowe. Nie przypomina programów lojalnościowych organizowanych przez stacje benzynowe, w których po roku zbierania punktów możemy sobie wybrać komplet kluczy do auta bardzo słabej jakości, a zgromadzenie takiej liczby punktów, która umożliwiałaby odebranie naprawdę interesującej nagrody, graniczy z cudem. Najsłabszą stroną programu partnerskiego Seagate’a jest dostawa zamówionego towaru. Trwa około 28 dni, czasem zdarzają się drobne pomyłki, które potem oczywiście można wyjaśnić, choć zabiera to trochę czasu. Niemniej jednak do tej pory wszystkie nagrody dostaliśmy i jesteśmy zadowoleni.

Dzięki programowi partnerskiemu Seagate (SPP) można: podnieść swoje umiejętności i zdobyć doświadczenie, poprawić obsługę, a tym samym zwiększyć zadowolenie klientów, tworzyć możliwości i skracać czas wprowadzania produktów na rynek, korzystać z systemu zarządzania zwrotami w trybie on-line, otrzymywać e-biuletyn Knowledge Driver (zawierający m.in. informacje na temat produktów), uzyskać wyłączność na sprzedaż swoim klientom usług odzyskiwania danych, które są oferowane przez firmę Seagate.
