Obejmuje zagadnienia z obszaru technologii routingowych, switchingowych, MPLS, MPLS VPN, QoS, IPv6, security, IP Service features. Odsetek zdających wynosi 10 proc. Maciej Cichy jest pierwszą osobą w historii tego egzaminu w Europie, która zaliczyła go za pierwszym razem. Zdający otrzymuje od Huawei nagrodę wartości 10 tys. dol.
