]]> Zarząd ATM podjął decyzję o utworzeniu odpisu aktualizującego z tytułu utraty wartości akcji stowarzyszonej spółki Linx Telecommunications Holding z siedzibą w Holandii. Świadczy ona usługi komunikacji, kolokacji oraz chmurowe na wschodzie Europy. 

ATM wyjaśnia, że przeprowadzono test utraty wartości udziałów Linx m.in. w oparciu o projekcje finansowe na lata 2017-2018 oszacowano wartość udziałów ATM w spółce na dzień 31 grudnia 2016 r. na kwotę 41,1 mln zł. W związku z tym odpis aktualizujący wyniósł 16,9 mln zł. 

Wyceny zostaną uwzględnione w sprawozdaniu finansowym spółki za 2016 rok.

Linx Telecommunications Holding powstał w marcu ub.r., w ramach porządkowania struktury grupy kapitałowej Linx. ATM objął wówczas 21 proc. udziałów w spółce.
