]]> W grudniu ub.r. Leszek Pacek został wykreślony z rejestru sądowego jako prezes IComu. Figurował w nim jako szef spółki od 2015 r. ICom – swego czasu znaczący krajowy producent komputerów i tabletów – od kilku lat nie prowadzi działalności i nie ma pracowników, po tym jak w 2013 r. okazał się niewypłacalny, ale spółka nadal istnieje. Były prezes pozostał jej udziałowcem. ICom w najlepszych latach, czyli przed dekadą, generował blisko 40 mln zł rocznych przychodów.

Poprzednia prezes i były udziałowiec IComu, Dorota Bracha, jest obecnie współwłaścicielką firmy Eduvision, zajmującej się wsparciem dla przedsiębiorstw.

]]> Leszek Pacek oficjalnie zastąpił na stanowisku prezesa IComu Dorotę Brachę, która sprawowała tę funkcję od końca 2012 r. Przepisano na niego wszystkie 500 udziałów w spółce o nominalnej wartości 250 tys. zł. Zmiana została zarejestrowana na początku lipca br. Sąd rejestrowy zajmował się sprawą już dużo wcześniej, z tym że poprzednio zwrócono dokumenty do uzupełnienia. W maju Leszek Pacek został także wpisany jako prezes powiązanej z IComem lubelskiej spółki Forcom.

ICom od 2013 r. nie prowadzi działalności operacyjnej, nie ma pracowników. Problemy zaczęły się w końcu 2012 r. 

Jak się nieoficjalnie dowiedzieliśmy, byłym pracownikom spółki nie udało się wyegzekwować należnych wynagrodzeń. Niektórzy otrzymali częściowe wypłaty z Funduszu Gwarantowanych Świadczeń Pracowniczych.
