]]> Urządzenie łączy funkcje tabletu i notebooka. Znajdujący się w zestawie tablet LePad został wyposażony w ekran HD o przekątnej 10,1 cala, procesor Qualcomm Snapdragon (1,3 GHz) i system Google Android 2.2. Maksymalna pojemność pamięci na karcie SD wynosi 32 GB. Dotykowy panel można podzielić na 4 części, na których będą wyświetlane różne informacje. Urządzenie waży mniej niż kilogram, ma ok. 1,2 cm grubości, według producenta może pracować na baterii 8 godzin. LePad będzie dostępny w czterech kolorach: szkarłatnym, białym, brązowym o skórzanej fakturze oraz czarnym o skórzanej fakturze.

Tablet można umieścić w obudowie notebooka IdeaPad U1, wyposażonego w procesor Intel CULV, dysk twardy SSD o pojemności 128 GB, system Windows 7 Home Premium i klawiaturę. Dzięki funkcji Hybrid Switch przejście z systemu Android na „siódemkę” następuje bez przerywania połączenia z Internetem.

Lenovo IdeaPad U1 z tabletem LePad będzie dostępny początkowo w Chinach. Data premiery na rynku polskim nie została ustalona. Cena detaliczna brutto zestawu IdeaPad U1 Hybrid – ok. 1,3 tys. dol.
