]]> Według PAP KE domaga się, by polska administracja nie poświadczała (certyfikowała) wydatków, które mogą być powiązane z infoaferą, do Komisji Europejskiej, co jest ostatnim etapem przed refundacją inwestycji z funduszy unijnych. W połowie grudnia Ministerstwo Infrastruktury i Rozwoju nie czekając na decyzje Brukseli przestało wysyłać do rozliczeń faktury za projekty informatyczne, realizowane w ramach programu Innowacyjna Gospodarka. Ma to związek z podejrzeniem korupcji w przetargu na IT wartym ok. 12 mln zł, z czego 85 proc. miały pokryć unijne granty (nie podano bliższych szczegółów sprawy).  Wiceszefowa resortu Iwona Wendel uspokaja, że mimo decyzji o wstrzymania rozliczeń projektów IT z Brukselą, wypłaty unijnych funduszy dla beneficjentów programu Innowacyjna Gospodarka są realizowane na bieżąco.

Z kolei KE poinformowała, że w 2013 r. zostaną rozliczone wnioski o dofinansowanie nadesłane do końca października (reszta – w 2014 r.), co jednak ma według eurourzędników związek z ograniczeniami budżetowymi, a nie aferą w Polsce.

Jak dotąd KE wypłaciła 1,87 mld zł grantów na inwestycje w polską e-administrację w ramach programu Innowacyjna Gospodarka (na 3,5 mld zł łącznych inwestycji, które mają być ukończone do 2015 r.).
 
Afera korupcyjna związana z zamówieniami na IT w administracji wybuchła w końcu 2011 r., gdy CBA zatrzymało dyrektorów Centrum Projektów informatycznych MSWiA. W listopadzie br. o sprawie znów zrobiło się głośno – z powodu podejrzenia korupcji jednego dnia zatrzymano 18 osób, w tym wiceprezesa Głównego Urzędu Statycznego. Zarzuty usłyszał także były wiceminister MSWiA, Witold D.
