]]> W październiku według KUKE ogłoszono upadłość 81 firm. To dokładnie tyle samo, co przed rokiem oraz o 14 proc. więcej niż we wrześniu. Piotr Soroczyński, główny ekonomista Korporacji Ubezpieczeń Kredytów Eksportowych, przekonuje, że to zjawisko sezonowe, gdyż po wakacjach sądy gospodarcze intensywniej pracują. Twierdzi, że proces wzrostu liczby upadłości i pogarszania się kondycji finansowej firm został zahamowany, co więcej trend odwrócił się w pozytywnym kierunku. Sytuacja wciąż jest jednak dużo gorsza niż przed kryzysem. W latach najlepszej koniunktury w Polsce notowano 400-500 upadłości w ciągu roku.

Najczęstszym problemem firm, który niekiedy kończy się ogłoszeniem upadłości, są niezapłacone należności.

– Ktoś im nie zapłaci i tracą płynność finansową, nie są w stanie regulować swoich zobowiązań wobec innych podmiotów i ten łańcuszek ciągnie się dalej – wyjaśnia Piotr Soroczyński.

Inne przyczyny upadłości są związane ściśle z biznesem, m.in. nieudane biznesplany, zbyt duże zakupy określonych towarów czy niedopasowanie do rynku.

Według KUKE pod koniec roku nastąpi pogorszenie statystyk upadłości ze względu na efekt bazy statystycznej. W listopadzie i grudniu 2013 r. upadło odpowiednio 62 i 52 firm. W tym roku raczej będzie gorzej.
