Kontrakt serwisowy może zostać zawarty jednorazowo na okres do 5 lat. W zależności od zakresu umowy serwisowej, można nią objąć zarówno urządzenie wraz z akcesoriami wewnętrznymi jak i urządzenia peryferyjne marki HP, a także oprogramowanie.

Kontraktem serwisowym mogą zostać objęci klienci, którym kończy się dotychczasowa umowa serwisowa lub standardowa gwarancja w celu zapewnienia ciągłości wsparcia.
