]]> We wrześniu br. UOKiK dodał 24 klauzule zakazane związane z handlem internetowym, a w czerwcu – 53. Kolejny raz trafiły do niego zapisy z regulaminów e-sklepów mówiące o tym, że klient w razie odstąpienia do umowy musi zwrócić towar w oryginalnym opakowaniu i nieużywany (5301 i 5311). W myśl obowiązujących przepisów jest to zbyt daleko idące żądanie w stosunku do konsumenta. UOKiK zajął się także problemem ochrony danych osobowych. Otóż zgodnie z nową klauzulą nr 5398 resellerowi nie wolno umieszczać formułki zgody na przetwarzanie danych klienta w regulaminie (tzn. akceptując regulamin kupujący zgadza się jednocześnie na przetwarzanie swoich danych), ponieważ wówczas konsument nie ma możliwości podjęcia swobodnej i świadomej decyzji. Na czarną listę ponownie wciągnięto także wymaganie resellerów, aby spisać protokół szkody, jako warunek przyjęcia reklamacji.
