]]> TenderHut nie zwalnia tempa przejęć. Ogłosił zakup krakowskich spółek Kiss Communications i Kiss Digital. O rozmowach w tej sprawie informowano w grudniu ub.r.

W Kiss Communications białostocka grupa kupi 100 proc. udziałów za 0,61 mln zł w gotówce.
Jest to agencja digitalowa działającą pod brandem human.pl, specjalizująca się w budowaniu strategii komunikacji i brandingu, digital marketingu, marketing automation i usługach obejmujących media społecznościowe. W 2021 r. miała ok. 1,43 mln zł przychodów ze sprzedaży.

Z kolei w Kiss Digital grupa na początek kupi 36,4 proc. udziałów za 1 mln zł w gotówce. Zamierza przejąć 100 proc., płacąc za resztę udziałów 0,9 mln zł w gotówce oraz w akcjach nowej serii (13 tys. szt.).

Kiss Digital to firma software’owa, która działa w obszarach rozwoju oprogramowania, budowy aplikacji mobilnych, UX/UI design oraz usług chmurowych. Jej przychody ze sprzedaży w 2021 r. wyniosły ok. 5,15 mln zł.

W 2021 r. TenderHut wypracował 61 mln zł skonsolidowanych przychodów (wzrost o 30 proc. wobec 2020 r.), natomiast zysk netto spadł o 25 proc., do 4,4 mln zł. Zarząd wyjaśnia dołek wzrostem kosztów wynagrodzeń i inwestycjami w kadry.

TenderHut utrzymuje szybkie tempo przejęć. Kilka dni temu informował o zawarciu umowy sprzedaży dotyczącej chorzowskiej spółki Brainhint.

W zeszłym roku przedstawiciele spółki twierdzili, że mają na radarze ponad 30 celów potencjalnych przejęć.
