]]> Dotychczas Sławomir Harazin był dyrektorem Pionu Zakupów i Sprzedaży w Actionie (od stycznia br.). Nowy wiceprezes jest związany ze spółką od początku jej istnienia. Kierował Działem Sieci Handlowych, odpowiadał za funkcjonowanie katowickiego oddziału, za sprzedaż marki ActiveJet oraz za budowę kanału sprzedaży do sieci handlowych.

Sławomir Harazin jest absolwentem Krakowskiej Akademii Rolniczej (Wydział Techniki i Energetyki Rolnictwa) oraz Akademii Górniczo-Hutniczej na kierunku Otwarte Systemy Komputerowe.

Dotychczasowy wiceprezes, Kazimierz Lasecki, odszedł ze stanowiska z powodów osobistych. Spółka poinformowała, że jego decyzja była podyktowana chęcią zaangażowania się w prywatny projekt biznesowy.

W zarządzie Actionu tak jak dotychczas zasiadają trzy osoby: prezesem jest Piotr Bieliński, a wiceprezesami Sławomir Harazin i Edward Wojtysiak.

]]> Darczyńca przekazał w ten sposób prawie wszystkie posiadane papiery spółki (miał 471,8 tys. akcji, zostały mu dokładnie 762 szt.). Nie ujawniono jego danych, lecz w grę wchodzi jeden z wiceprezesów Actionu – Kazimierz Lasecki albo Edward Wojtysiak, ponieważ prezes Piotr Biliński jest większościowym udziałowcem (ma 4,5 mln akcji firmy, czyli 27,42 proc. kapitału). Ponad 471 tys. akcji, które były przedmiotem darowizny, stanowiły 2,87 proc. udziału w spółce (obecnie darczyńca ma 0,005 proc.).

W piątek 22 października na zakończenie sesji na GPW akcje dystrybutora wyceniano na 18,18 zł (o 0,7 proc. mniej niż dzień wcześniej).
