]]> Nowe struktury JPK_V7M i JPK_V7K wejdą w życie 1 października br., a nie 1 lipca br., jak planowano dotychczas – poinformowało Ministerstwo Finansów. Nowy termin dotyczy każdego przedsiębiorstwa, niezależnie od wielkości. Tym samym nowy JPK za październik trzeba będzie przesłać do 25 listopada br.

To kolejne przesunięcie. Przed pandemią zakładano, że już 1 kwietnia br. duże firmy będą musiały generować JPK według nowych struktur. Jednak wielu przedsiębiorców nie było przygotowanych do zmiany, która wymaga dostosowania systemów finansowo – księgowych. Niezbędna jest również analiza grup produktów i usług, typów transakcji i dokumentów, aby je odpowiednio oznaczyć w systemach księgowych.

Wraz z wejściem w życie nowych struktur nie będzie potrzebne składanie deklaracji VAT-7 i VAT-7K.
