]]> Jon Eastick został nowym członkiem zarządu oraz dyrektorem finansowym Allegro. Będzie odpowiadał za tworzenie i realizację strategii finansowej. Przejmie zarządzanie następującymi obszarami: treasury, raportowanie, podatki, kontroling finansowy, księgowość, zakupy, analityka finansowa, usługi korporacyjne oraz zarządzanie projektami.

Jon Eastick jest Brytyjczykiem, który od 25 lat mieszka i pracuje w Polsce. Ma duże doświadczenie w zakresie finansów korporacyjnych. Przez 16 lat pełnił funkcje zarządcze, jak również był dyrektorem finansowym w Netii, PTC i Lucent Technologies Poland. Wcześniej pracował dla PTK Centertel oraz w firmie doradczej Arthur Andersen, a ostatnio dla EY jako regionalny dyrektor operacyjny odpowiedzialny za Europę Środkową i Południową. Ukończył studia w London School of Economics. Jest biegłym rewidentem certyfikowanym w Wielkiej Brytanii.

Powołanie Jon Easticka to kolejna w ostatnim okresie zmiana w zespole zarządzającym Allegro. Od czasu przejęcia grupy w styczniu 2017 r. przez konsorcjum funduszy inwestycyjnych Cinven, Permira i Mid Europa za 3,253 mld dol., powołano szereg nowych dyrektorów. 

Maciej Biniek został dyrektorem ds. płatności.

Jakub Kłoczewiak dołączył do Allegro obejmując stanowisko dyrektora ds. relacji z klientem.

Grzegorz Czapski objął nowo utworzone stanowisko dyrektora ds. rozwoju Allegro.

Damian Zapłata przejął odpowiedzialność za obszar komercyjny.
