]]> Do momentu powołania nowego prezesa funkcję tę będzie sprawował Szymon Bujalski – członek zarządu Agito i dyrektor segmentu Retail w Grupie Allegro (od 2012 r,). Menedżer przez prawie 10 lat pracował w Komputroniku. W latach 2006-2009 był wiceprezesem spółki.

Joanna Kuzdak od 2005 r. była związana ze spółką Bankier, najpierw jako członek zarządu, a później prezes. Po przejęciu przez MIH Allegro w 2009 r. Bankier wszedł rok później w skład Grupy Allegro. W 2011 roku Joanna Kuzdak objęła stanowisko dyrektora zarządzającego serwisu Bankier.pl. Od 2011 do 2012 r. jako dyrektor zarządzający nadzorowała pracę PayU.

]]> Uchwałę w sprawie powołania nowej prezes Rada Nadzorcza podjęła w dniu 27 listopada. Dotychczas, od czerwca br., Joanna Kuzdak była dyrektorem zarządzającym Agito. Menedżerka jest związana z Grupą Allegro od ponad 3 lat, tj. od momentu zakupu 100 proc. akcji Bankiera przez MIH Allegro B.V. w 2009 roku. W Bankierze pracowała od 2005 r. – najpierw była członkiem zarządu, a od marca 2008 r. – prezesem. W latach 2011 – 2012 jako dyrektor zarządzający nadzorowała pracę operatora płatności internetowych PayU.

Wakat na stanowisku prezesa zarządu Agito trwał około miesiąca, gdy po 10 latach ze stanowiska odszedł Tomasz Sypuła.
