]]> Nowi menedżerowie weszli do rady nadzorczej 30 czerwca. Według zarządu ABC Daty kandydaturę Tomasza Czechowicza wybrano ze względu na znaczący udział MCI w kapitale spółki (dwa fundusze MCI mają blisko 13 proc. głosów) i doświadczenie w dystrybucji IT. Tomasz Czechowicz jest współzałożycielem i byłym prezesem JTT Computer (do 1998 r.). Potem zakładał MCI, obecnie kieruje grupą MCI. W jej skład wchodzą m.in. fundusze MCI Management i MCI Fund Management, które zainwestowały w ABC Datę.

Tomasz Czechowicz jest absolwentem Politechniki Wrocławskiej i Uniwersytetu Ekonomicznego we Wrocławiu.

Innym nowym członkiem rady nadzorczej został Jerzy Krawczyk. W latach 1994-2002 r. pracował w JTT Computer, awansując na stanowisko dyrektora finansowego. Od 2002 roku jest prezesem Tety.

Jerzy Krawczyk ukończył studia magisterskie na Wydziale Elektroniki Politechniki Wrocławskiej, studia podyplomowe o specjalności Zarządzanie Finansami na Akademii Ekonomicznej we Wrocławiu.
