W latach 2015 – 2018 był w Lenovo, jako manager grupy enterprise i country manager Levono Global Technology. Ostatnio w IBM zarządzał biznesem sprzętowym i marką x w Polsce i krajach bałtyckich.

Został wiceprezesem odpowiedzialnym za rozwiązania dla przemysłu i rozwój tego biznesu w obszarze CEE. 

Jarosław Szymczuk ma prawie 30-letnie doświadczenie na rynku IT. W IBM Polska jest od 1991 r. Zaczynał w dziale sprzedaży rozwiązań serwerowych. Potem odpowiadał m.in. za dział outsourcingu strategicznego w Polsce i krajach bałtyckich, a następnie za dział projektów transformacyjnych w regionie CEE i MEA.

Ostatnio, od 2014 r. sprawował funkcję dyrektora Global Technology Services. Odpowiadał za rozwój i realizacje projektów IT w przedsiębiorstwach w Polsce i krajach bałtyckich. Równocześnie od stycznia 2017 r. pełnił funkcję członka zarządu IBM Polska. 

Jarosław Szymczuk jest absolwentem Politechniki Warszawskiej.
