]]> Na stanowisku dyrektora generalnego ALE Holdings Jack Chen zastąpi Jeff’a Ma, który pozostanie członkiem zarządu. Jack Chen ma kontynuować przekształcanie przedsiębiorstwa. Celem jest m.in. poprawa pozycjonowania w sektorach specjalistycznych, przyśpieszenie wprowadzania chmurowych modeli biznesowych. Następna faza strategii biznesowej ma przynieść nowe rozwiązania chmurowe oraz modele świadczenia usług oparte o ich faktyczne wykorzystanie, w celu zaoferowania klientom maksymalnej elastyczności.

Jack Chen ma ponad 25 lat doświadczenie w pracy w branży telekomunikacyjnej. Zanim dołączył do ALE, kierował działem technologii bezprzewodowych Alcatel-Lucent w regionie APAC i w Chinach. Wcześniej był wiceprezesem Alcatel Shanghai Bell (ASB), flagowej spółki Alcatela-Lucenta w Chinach. Poprzednio zajmował m.in. stanowisko globalnego dyrektora ds. operacyjnych w Alcatel Mobile Radio Business we Francji, prezesa Shanghai Bell Alcatel Mobile.

W pierwszym kwartale br. ALE wprowadziło nową strategię skoncentrowaną na zapewnieniu klientom elastyczności oraz możliwości wyboru przy zakupie i korzystaniu z rozwiązań sieciowych i komunikacyjnych. Przykładem kierunku, w którym zmierza ALE są dwa nowe modele finansowe i rozliczania usług – hybrydowa usługa chmurowa umożliwiająca współpracę grupową oraz inną, pozwalająca firmom na używanie rozwiązań sieciowych w modelu zapłaty tylko za faktyczne wykorzystanie zasobów.

Właścicielem Alcatel – Lucent Enterprise jest chiński fundusz China Huaxin, który kupił dawną dywizję francuskiej korporacji w 2014 r. za 202 mln euro. Sam Alcatel – Lucent został przejęty przez Nokię.
